Our Cascade community welcomed Moski’s BBQ to our downtown in August, although the Morris family’s food truck has been a welcome sight for long before. McAllister Electrical Services was thankful to help the company settle in to their permanent home.

Moski’s is known for their catering and food truck with delicious smoked meats. As their business expanded they looked for a more permanent home and found one in Cascade’s former Subway building. The location has been known as the Oeschger building and has been home to a grocery store, liquor store, video rental store, and other ventures.

The Morris family made great design choices to the building inside and out.

Pendant lighting highlights the counter. The stainless fixtures complement the industrial design accents.

String lighting brings the outdoor atmosphere in.

The strong design continues outdoors with their exterior lighting choices. Here, the fixtures are copper set against the black building.

String lighting hangs over an outdoor patio.

The building has a stunning interior to be sure, but we are just as proud as our behind-the-scenes work, like receptacles behind the counter,

And power to smoker room.

We are grateful to Moski’s BBQ for the project, but even more so grateful for the opportunity to enjoy award-winning food every week.

Moski’s was recently recognized for the People’s Choice Award for the 2022 Beef Passport.

They were awarded the first ever BBQ Critic Approved plaque to a BBQ restaurant.

Moski’s is open for business Thursdays from 11-7 and Fridays and Saturdays from 11-9. Find them online at their website or follow them on Facebook.

Thank you Moski’s BBQ for choosing McAllister Electrical Services and welcome to your permanent Cascade home.
